The Hot Springs Beta Sigma Phi Sisters welcome you to The Austin Convention Hotel & Spa in Hot Springs! We are working hard to plan another fun-filled convention in 2012. What we need from you is your registration.  Click on the Download Forms link to the right to download your registration packet.  Or go to our Online Registration link to register online.  Once your register, click on the Pay Online link at the bottom of the online registration page to pay by PayPal or Credit Card.

Save money & be an Early Bird registrant by beating the deadline of May 15, 2012. On Time Registration will be accepted from May 16, 2012 to June 7, 2012. We understand your schedule may change at the last minute & we will accept late registrations on or after June 8, 2012 & on-site door registrations. The cancellation deadline is May 25, 2012, with no refunds given after this date.
